Shipping / Order Changes / Returns

If you have placed an order for Poppin' Love and need to change your order, we can possibly accommodate your request. We are a small boutique company and will try to help you if we can, if your request is made before your order has been packed and shipped (typically within the next day of placing your order), we should be able to help.

All of our popcorn is handcrafted in our facility in Mesa, AZ especially for you. Due to the highly customizable nature of our product, we will be unable to cancel any order after we begin creating it.

Poppin' Love's popcorn is handcrafted daily with the highest quality ingredients. We want you to love our popcorn, and are dedicated to making that happen. If you don't love our popcorn as much as we do, please give us a chance to make it right. With that said, there are some factors that are out of our control. Poppin' Love does not accept returns, provide refunds or replacement product for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect ordering (flavor or quantity)
  • Refusal of product upon delivery 
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.

  • Items that are delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the purchaser.

  • Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the purchaser.

  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
